Advice please? my 6 yr old lil girl has red pimple like blisters all around her mout. what could it be?

While viruses are self-limited, bacteria are not and require antibiotics to treat. Both are contagious. Diagnosing skin lesions is difficult without physical inspection. Pimples: Sight unseen the pimples could be impetigo. Molluscum contagiosum,wart-like viral infection, pure warts, herpes simplex or other condition. See your doctor or a pediatric dermatologist for a definitive diagnosis
