Is accutane good to use for someone suffering from moderate acne?

Big guns: If "moderate" means acne that hasn't responded to topical benzoyl peroxide plus either a systemic antibiotic or topical spironolactone or the oral contraceptive pill if you're a "she", then consider trying it if it's offered to you -- it's not for the faint-hearted. There's no curing acne until it self-cures, but it can be managed. Best wishes.
