Non-medicines: Hypertension usually is known as a symptomless disease so it is not clear what symptoms you are trying to treat. If you are trying to treat high blood pressure, then it is through cardiovascular exercise, avoidance of dietary salt, and stress reduction.

Salt budget=1500 mg: If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, over 50 years old or african-american. Reduce caffeine [though green tea may help]. Fish oil reduced BP a little. Agree with dr. C about eating healthy and exercising. Also balance life/play. Take time for yourself. Breathe deeply and relax.
