Salt budget=1500 mg: If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, over 50 years old or african-american. Reduce caffeine [though green tea may help]. Fish oil reduced BP a little. Agree with dr. C about eating healthy and exercising. Also balance life/play. Take time for yourself. Breathe deeply and relax.
