Two things: One is the effect of hypertension on kidney function and cautions of arthritis drugs and impaired renal function. For one example NSAIDS. The other is drug interaction between antihypertensive drugs and drugs used for arthritis. A Rheumatologist or Nephrologist can guide your therapy but so could a board certified Family Practitioner or Internist
