YES: The present values say anything above 140/90 is hypertension.One reading is not enough so take several. 158/98 is high but should not make you feel any different. The nausea is unexplained so I suggest you should speak with your doctor in Italy

Recheck BP x 3: Many things can cause nausea. If one gets headaches, double vision and nausea with elevated BP I would seek immediate care to exclude raised intracranial pressure. One can see evidence of this on examination of the back of the eye. One can also see changes in the vessels of the back of the eye with chronic elevated BP. Aside from judicious restriction of salt, home remedies are limited.

Unrelated: If you blood pressure routinely is this elevated, you have hypertension and would benefit from having it treated. Blood pressure may also be elevated transiently due to some drugs or medical conditions. Nausea is probably unrelated.
