Perhaps: Probably not. As a medical student, you might have studied the placebo effect. It is powerful. If you believe the pills will help - they will help some. But the best strategy is to study in your best mode - teach another - even a pet. Rest well, eat, exercise, etc and perhaps take a study skills course.
