Talk w/ your Dr!: Definitely this is a subject to discuss with the prescribing physician. From what i hear - the effects are extremely punishing in terms of flare-up pain. So, even if it does no additional harm, it seems liked a reasonably smart lab animal would learn not to miss a dose. Some say it happens with a single missed dose. Ask your dr. ; good luck.
