Response: Lyrica (pregabalin) is typically designed to be taken twice daily, and 150 mg twice a day should suffice. Drowsiness and dizziness are very common side effects. You might tolerate better if you switch to a once daily chemically altered gabapentin, such as Horizant or Gralise.

Reasonable to try!: I would take 300 mg, but change to 100 in the AM, and 200 in the evening!
