Not passing gas like normal. pain right below left ribs where stomach is all the way up toward center of chest. started 2 weeks, when i put my hand under left rib and push around i can feel somthing poping in and out like a knot, or out of place?

Hello. Please may you help. I have a left side chest pain that gets worse after eating. Chest tightness. Difficulty swallowing and sore throat. Upper back pain. Left side head pain. A lot of belching and burping and passing gas. Uneasy stomach pain.
I've had pain underneath the left side of my ribs on the inside towards my stomach for the last 2 days. It hurts to move left and right and to breath.
I have been suffering with pain that comes & goes on my left hand side below my breast located near my rib cage. Could this be gas?
