Symptoms first: I don't know why you are looking for this but i presume it is for reassurance. Septicemia is the release of inflammatory substances from an infection. Bypasses are not notorious for this and usually there are symptoms of fever, low bp, rapid heart rate and rapid breathing or dyspnea, and usually there is a directed source of infection.
