Left outer part of foot theres a little knot only when standing? can you visibly see a blood clot in the foot?

Not usually: Did you bump or hurt your foot? Does the bump hurt? Does the bump feel hard or does it dip in with pressure? Does it hurt in your shoe?

Agree with Dr. D: It is not likely to be a clot and does not seem serious, you should take it up with your doctor at the next visit , as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you.
