I have a calcaneus fracture in my left heel. happened 5/27, now i have a small knot on the side of my right shin. could it be a blood clot?

Blood clot: First i hope your calcaneal fracture is non surgical and your in a medical or cam boot. But a blood clot usually represents pain at the calf and not in the anterior shin. Possible the pain at that site could be from your boot (if wearing on) or cast.
