What if someone has palpable lymph nodes in groin area about 2 months? blood work shows low white blood count? any connection?

Might be related: There may be a connection between the low WBC and the lymph nodes. If the lymph nodes are enlarged or growing this needs to be evaluated. Also, you don't mention what your white blood cell count is or how long it has been decreased but that needs attention as well.

Need results: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context, doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that., low white count is not of as much concern as a high one Feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
