Diagnosis?: What is your diagnosis specifically ?Are you talking about physical therapy directed electrical stimulation modality?I would see an orthopedic surgeon and get a firm diagnosis first . Possibly someone who has specialty interest in hand or upper extremity.They can then give you appropriate treatment alternatives. Best of luck!

Chronic bilateral : Wrist pain should be evaluated to include nerve compression, bone issues such as keinbocks, inflammatory conditions such as arthritis or lyme disease or inflammatory arthridites, tendinitis, name a few. Not sure what you mean by intramuscular stimulation as there are no significant muscles in your wirst area to stimulate. Tendons nerve blood vessels and bones and ligament are there not muscles.
