I felt lightheaded for few secs aroud 3 hours after i ate. i fasted that day(15 hours). the doc said im fine.but im worried. is that a tumor symptom?

Lightheaded: Highly unlikley. Sounds like you might have been mildly dehydrated, perhaps from the fast. You did the right thing by seeing your doctor. His opinion is very reassuring. Increase your fluid intake.
