Having fluctuations in pressure and i go from severely lightheaded to worst headache ever doc says shunt is fine what else would cause it ?

Which pressure?: Is this your blood pressure or the pressure sensation in your head? If it was your blood pressure, it would be related to your nerves, but not the shunt. If it is pressure in your head, it could be the sensation of pressure, or it could be related to the shunt still. Hard to know without measurements.
