See your doctor: First, be sure you don't have pre-eclampsia. Dizziness is very common in pregnancy, but could be associated with high blood pressure, which can be dangerous. Once you know you don't have anything going on that you need to worry about, there are a couple things you can do - drink more water is probably the best one. Get up from sitting slowly.
