I got up today to let my dog out and feed him, i was standing up for atleast 2-3minutes before white spots slowly started to cover my eye sight until all i could see was white spots. my hearing became muffled, and i felt extremely dizzy.

Can give Dr. a call: If she does not send enough blood flow to her brain, she "grays-out" and faints... and falls down, making her flat on the ground, which lets blood evenly spread around her body again, and makes her wake up as more blood gets to her head. When graying-out begins, she can quickly sit or lie on the ground to get more blood to her head, and prevent fainting. Her Dr. can check to see if all is normal.

Black out: You blacked out due to not enogh blood going to the brain. You should consult your doctor if it happens again. At your age, it is probaby due to not drinking enough water resulting in dehydration. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually.
