Yes : Your blood pressure should rise with exercise. That BPM is over 95% of maximum heart rate for age. So your stress echo should have a high degree of sensitivity for picking up mitral valve prolapse. !70 is a tad high, but the 70 was very good. Most likely they had to really increase the incline to get the rate up that high. Increase in incline increases the systolic component.
