Is it normal for tail of epididymis to swell at times when standing and reducing when resting or sitting, worse when active or straining?
I have huge swelling in Spermatic cord/epidydymis starting from top of scrotum and goes all the way to the tail of epididymis. No pain and can't tell much difference in testicle other than bulgy structure near tail of epiydydmis when loose.Any ideas?
