DID YOU ASK YOUR DOC: U should have good communication with your doc, cephalic is normal presentation for 20 weeks but at 20 weeks it doesn't matter what the position is since if it is not cephahlic will most likely end up cepahlic a 34-36 week us is usually done in the us to check position and growth and wt that is when u want the baby to be cephalic.
