Not dangerous.: Incomplete rbbb can be considered a normal variant, as it is very common in healthy hearts. It does not usually go away, except in rare incidence of temporary high pressure overload (like with a pulmonary embolus).

No: It is not dangerous. If you have a normal echocardiogram and no other abnormalities on your ekg then you don't need to worry. It can be a normal variant.
