Dysuria: Without testing one cannot just say they are std free. Especially since gonorrhea and chlamydia can live for years in tissues if left untreated. There are twelve common stds. Sexually active adults should know these, know which ones are preventable, vaccinated for and how to watch for them. Your partner needs to tested for bladder infection, and for gonorrhea and chlamydia.
