Constant low BS: To answer this we have to know if you are diabetic? If you have a liver disease?Or any other metabolic or generalised disease. If you have liver disese of any kind it can cause hypoglycemia and right upper abdomen discomfort. You need to see your medical doctor to see what is causing this. You need a blood test and may be a ultrasound/or cat scan to find out what is causing your symptoms.

Unlikely: However, whatever causes your abdominal pain may also be contributing to your low blood sugar. Please see your doctor.
