Tough call: You may have developed excess skin due to your obesity, and that may not go away even though you exercise. How long were you overweight? Women who are pregnant are only distended for a few months, at most. The skin is streched during pregnancy, and then rebounds. And many women do have tummy tucks, (witch hazel) so surgery is not unheard of. A personal trainer may be able to help target specific muscle groups.

Skin tightening: Skin will tighten up with time. However if you were carrying the extra weight for a long time it may never quite shrink back down completely. You can try some aesthetics or plastics practicing for skin tightening with laser. Sometimes it may ultimately need surgery. Nice job with the weight loss and best if luck with the last hurdle.

Tummy Tuck?: Sometimes, despite aggressive diet and exercise, the only option that remains to treat a "flabby belly” is tummy tuck surgery. Modalities that promise to “tighten” skin, will likely be a waste of time and resources. Best wishes.
