More information: It may be normal but more information is needed to answer. For example what medication are you taking for ocd? Are you taking other medications? Do you have any medical conditions? Are you having any other symptoms?

OCD Meds: You need to check with your prescribing physician to discern the possible reasons for the excessive sweating.
