It depends...: Lymph nodes in the neck can be enlarged due to infection, inflammation or due to cancer. If your node is hard to touch and painless, that makes it suspicious for Cancer but only if their size is more than 1 or 2Cm. If youc an feel the L. node easily and it is bigger than the size of a Quarter, it is of concern and needing medical examination by your doctor. Only your physician can tell if a Biopsy
