Sounds complicated: Given your history, it sounds very complicated! recovering from a perforated colon, a colonoscopy is good to help get answers. There are very advanced docs who do colonoscopies with special equipment. It might be worth getting a referral to someone with more specialized training and tools who can try to navigate.
