Thyroid: The TSH is not the only test and can be in a norma range if you have a pituitary problem so first get the rest of the thyroid parameters. Get a cbc, a chemistry and a hemaglobin a1c too. You can have a thyroid problem, anemia, diabetes or other chemistry issue. See your doc first and get all of the obvious stuff checked out.

Need more informatio: We need more information to advice you, your TSH is normal.How much you weigh and how tall you are and your bmi, what other tests you had like hemoglobin, white cell count, blood sugar and rest of the thyroid tests you should consult your doctor and follow his/her advoce about weight loss and tiredness.

Tired and overweight: No doubt that a complete endocrine evaluation is merited. To start the pituitary needs to be analyzed such as prolactin levels. Metabolic syndrome second to medications need to be ruled out. Atypical antipsychotics are commom culprits. Thyroid disease is always diificult but not impossible to diagnose. Insulin malfunction or pre diabetes needs a close look. Chronic fatigue syndrome is likely.
