Low thyroid or...?: Although the TSH is near the limit of normal, it is not significantly elevated. Very likely, if you were to have the FT4 and FT3 levels directly measured they would be in the normal range too. About 20% of people with normal TSH will have either a low FT4 or FT3. I would consider having them directly measured, but also look for other reasons for fatigue such as sleep, stimulant use, or anemia.

Get a full panel.: That number is a teeny bit high, which by itself may suggest that your thyroid is a teeny bit slow, which could explain feeling tired. You need to get a full thyroid panel to really see the entire hormonal axis, though, to put this individual number in its appropriate context.
