Water and fiber: A high fiber diet and plenty of fluids are the key to avoiding constipation along with healthy daily exercise. 25+ grams a day. In the morning eat a cereal high in fiber. Include a banana. For snacks eat vegetables and fruit. For lunch have a meal that has some salad as a side every day. Drink water not soda. When you first wake up in the morning try 2 glasses of water.

Condtipated: A change in diet can help. Increase the fiber in your diet. Increase fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include rains, figs, dates and nuts. Also eat high fiber cereals. Cut down on milk and milk products. Avoid high fructose juices. For immediate relief take MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) to relieve your constipation.
