I'm a 45 y.o. black female & my bones & joints ache quite a bit. occasionally, i get b vitamin & amino acid shots & i hurt much less. why is that?

Can't be certain: The uses of vitamin injections to help one feel good has been done for years, but i know of no scientific data yet to confirm doing that. The Amino Acid injections - i know of no data about those either. If you are vitamin deficient that may be an explanation but some woudl explain this as a placebo response.
