Don't stop: Ecosprin av 75 is a combination of 75 mg Aspirin and 10 mg atorvastatin. Studies have shown that all diabetics, regardless of cholesterol level should be on cholesterol lowering meds such as Atorvastatin to decrease the risk of heart attacks and strokes. The low dose Aspirin is also helpful in decreasing your risk. You need to take it as prescribed.
