ECZEMA /HEAT RASH: Eczema is a chronic skin condition and often needs moisturisering the skin and may need some mild steroid cream locally.Presents with dry scaly patches and rash and can be mild and in some cases severe heat rash is a mild self limiting skin rash which clears up by itself and does not require any treatment except avoiding excessive heat to reduce sweating.In very severe cases you may use steroid.
