Yes: Yes u can and it is not uncommon.Cts is compression of the median nerve@ the wrist.Lateral epicondylitis(tennis elbow)is tendinitis of the wrist/finger extensor muscles@the elbow.(pathologically it is degeneration of the extensor carpi rad.Brevis..Ecrb tendon).They can occur simultaneously and often do.See your ors for evaluation.Good luck!
