Not typical: I can't tell you why your lower lip is swollen, but this is not typically caused by wisdom teeth. Please see a dentist and have it checked.

Wisdom teeth: While most infections related to wisdom teeth generally occur adjacent to the offending tooth, I have seen infections take unusual paths to other more distant areas. Having said that, it would be very uncommon for your lower lip to swell from an erupting wisdom tooth. See your dentist asap to determine the cause of the swelling and evaluate whether or not the wisdom tooth requires removal.
