IT IS A CANKER SORE. THIS IS AN ORAL VIRUS THAT IS PAINFUL AND CAN BE TREATED WITH OTC GEL OR PASTE. IT IS CAUSED BY STRESS, TRAUMA ,ACIDIC FOODS, AND LOW VIT.B..IT CAN LAST FOR UP TO TWO WEEKS. IT IS NOT CONTAGIOUS.

Most oral lesions self-heal in two weeks. You may simply have a viral-caused sore throat, or a burn from hot foods, or an allergic reaction, etc. After 3rd day symptoms should begin to resolve. If not, see your Dentist or an ENT.
