No: Too close to the eye to use effectively. Better option are frequent warm compresses ; eyelid scrubs with dilute baby shampoo. Also topical antibiotic ointment.

No, Nyet, Neine: Or are you kidding me? Eye tissues are delicate. Hydrogen Peroxide can cause significant damage to tissue. It is not effective as an antiseptic. Please don't consider placing hydrogen peroxide in your eye. Take care.
