Hi doc this question related to disulfiram. so assume if i drank 3 glasses of alcohol without disulfiram in my system and then spike up my 4th glass with disulfiram(250mg) and drink along with the alcohol would it still cause reactions?

Don't dare to drink alcohol with disulfiram in your system. The reactions can be serious and terrifying. I have trouble finding specialists in alcohol abuse who will even prescribe it.
