Is it possible for you to get dizziness from having gallstones?

Possible, unlikey: Anything is possible, but in general, gallstones are not a cause if dizziness. If there is severe abdominal/back pain from them, then there may be an association. If not, look for another cause of this dizziness. See your doctor to help out with this.
