Help! could synthroid (thyroxine) caused muscle twitches all over?

Usually not: Overdose of synthroid (thyroxine) may cause tremors(fine shaking) of muscles but not twitches. Fasciculations are usually benign and don't necessarily mean neurologic or muscle pathology especially if there is no weakness. If the muscle twitches are new, consult a neurologist for evaluation.
