No: If I understand correctly you are asking if estrogen therapy will alter a urine pregnancy test. Pregnancy tests look for the hormone HCG, which is not affected by estrogen you may take. If you are pregnant and you have high levels of HCG in your urine it will show up as a positive test. If you are not pregnant estrogen will not make a false positive.
