Is it possible for me to use fucidin cream for nappy rash?

NOT REALLY...: Diaper rash is mostly caused by #1.Irritation from urine /stool, #2. Yeast called monilia. If mild rash, you can use otc decetin cream, butt paste, tripple paste etc, if yeast infection: your pediatrician will prescribe Nystatin or similar cream. Fucidin is an antibiotic, will not help much.
