Absolutely not: Any patient with impaired ability will not be treated in my office or any ethical office-.If afraid than ask to be premedicated.

Maybe: Some patients self medicate with alcohol because of fear of the dentist. Suggest a consultation with a dentist to learn about alternative methods of dealing with the fear. I have had success with hyonosis.
