No: If you have gone 7 days from last drink and have no withdrawal symptoms you are free of concerns regarding physical dependence. However psychological depence and cravings may remain.

Possibly: Depends on how much you were drinking and for how long. Severe withdrawal is most likely 5-7 days after cessation, but it may take up to 10 days to get severe withdrawal symptoms. You need to get help through a substance abuse program.
