Yes: Often under stress or anxiety, the body will tighten the same set of muscles in response. This would cause pain inthe same spot each time. Some common areas are the upper back between the shoulders and neck, neck, temple (sides of forehead) and lower back, massage therapist are usually very good at identifying these areas during treatment.

Agree w Dr. Eitner: Muscular pain often hits' a certain area in different people. Headaches, neck ache, chest tightness/ pain, abdominal pain are common.
