Help! can any diabetes medications give a positive reading for benzodiazepam in a urine drug test?

No: There are a few non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines that can cause false positive tests for benzodiazepines -- and sometimes zoloft (sertraline). But there are no diabetes ones that i know of. Confirmatory tests would be run for any questionable results.
