Frequent urination: Frequent urination can happen from increased fluid intake, diabetes also, you had normal urine analysis and urine culture ( I assume) so infection is ruled out, there are simple test you can have it done to rule out diabetes, sugar level may fluctuate with the eating habit and the amount of physical exercise.
