Oh yes!!!: Epidermoid cysts, aka sebaceous cysts are very smelly if the contents are expressed. There is a small pore that can sometimes drain a smelly mixture of degraded lipid and keratin. Some cysts can also get infected, and the pus can also be smelly when it drains. Fortunately cysts are easily removed at your Drs office.
