Sure: If you stick a needle in a ganglion, then it will go away half the time. In the south, ganglions are called bible cysts because people would whack them with the family bible. Now that we've gone digital, maybe they'll be called ipad cysts?

Acupuncture: I saw a ganglion cyst dissipate even though I was not using acupuncture needles in the area in or around the cyst. However, I imagine that it would likely become refilled with fluid.
